What is The Entire World Thinking About Right Now?

                                                                                                                 What is the World Thinking?

There is a new book out by Jim Clifton, the CEO of Gallup called ” The Coming Job Wars”   The book is based on reaseach done on a global basis over the last 6 years trying to determine what is on the minds of people all around the world. Do you know what the number one answer came back as?  People want a “Good Job”.  This is one of the most important discoveries that Gallup has ever made. It is the current will of the world. They define a good job as a  consistant job with a respectable business for 30 hours or more per week.

As Maslows theories supported, people use to want Food, Shelter,  Safety, Peace, Freedom, Love & Money. Things have chenged so radically over the past few decades, in particular the technology revolution followed by the past decade which has been defined by global unrest, terrorism, worldwide financial meltdowns and a loss of spiritual and moral standards.  Much of the world society has lost it’s faith in everything from governement to financial institutions to religion.  Now people all over the world are fixated on finding and maintaining a good job.

If job creation is truly the key to getting the global society back on it’s feet then I believe that we need to make it a global priority to get back to driving innoation!  Innovation not government spending programs, represents the true long term solution to the financial and perhaps many of societies problems overall. Innovation will drive job creation.  So let’s stop spending so much time worrying about the future and start spending more time creating the future we want to see. Innovation is the key.

Please let us know your thoughts.
